Agentication describes scheduled coverage hours (up to 12 hours per day as a proposed model) for engineering monitoring. Packaging may restrict advanced monitoring to higher tiers when the feature is available.

When coverage is configured and active, Dave Doctor can observe and assist according to your mode settings — subject to connected monitoring tools.
