Pull request workflow
- Describe the change scope and test plan in the PR body.
- Link the PR to the incident trace and deploy correlation.
- Wait for review and CI before recommending rollout.
No silent deploys
Dave Doctor does not deploy without human approval. Autonomous deploy concepts on the site are policy-bound and planned — not an override of this rule in the public demo.
