How Agentication works
From defining an agent to integrating tools, configuring rules, and tracking outcomes.
The platform follows a clear lifecycle: define the agent, integrate systems, configure behavior, then execute and review outcomes.
Four steps on the marketing site
- 01Define
Describe the role, goals, capabilities, and boundaries for the agent.
- 02Integrate
Connect tools, APIs, repositories, and data sources your agent needs.
- 03Configure
Set memory, permissions, schedules, and business rules.
- 04Execute
Track outcomes and use reports your team can act on.
Operating modes (product concept)
Dave Doctor is described with three modes: OBSERVE, ASSIST, and AUTONOMOUS. These represent how much the agent monitors, investigates, and executes under policy — presented as a prototype/planned concept, not as fully production-operational for every workspace today.
- OBSERVE — Monitor and report issues as they emerge.
- ASSIST — Investigate incidents and prepare proposed fixes.
- AUTONOMOUS — Execute explicitly authorized actions under configured policies and safeguards.
